Dear Mrs. Eva Tong:
I am writing this letter in the context that our International University hopes Park Hyatt
Saigon considers our field trip for our 30 students to visit. I would like to bring to your
notice that in June 2022 we are looking forward to arranging our event at the Park Hyatt
Saigon hotel for a day.
We are planning this field trip to assist students majoring in Hospitality Management
acquire more knowledge and practical skills in a professional working environment.
Though attendance for this challenge is a compulsory requirement, we would really
appreciate if your hotel makes this trip a great opportunity for students to experience
and learn.
Park Hyatt Saigon is well known as an excellent 5-star hotel, which has standard of
quality services, meticulously trained staff, and professionally organized which has
brought the best experience to many customers. Hence, we hope your general manager
can spend time instructing our students about the practical process when working in the
hotel. It is an effective way for our students if they know about how the hotel is
organized and arranged; what employees and managers do in a day and; how are the
major events in the hotel operate. Your guidance will bring a very important background
knowledge to our students.
To express our gratitude for your help, International University and our students will
actively convey information about the hotel through articles and social networks, so that
everyone can be updated with its advantages.
Please let us know if Park Hyatt Saigon Hotel will allow our students to have the
opportunity to learn in your wonderful environment. The trip is scheduled for June 3, so
it would be more convenient for our school to receive your reply before May 10, 2022. If
there is an agreement, point out everything that you can support for us so that we can
plan things accordingly.
