How to void a ticket?
When a user wants to void a ticket, which has not been paid for, follow the procedure
below.
Single Old Tickets

Go to ‘Collect’ from the Home Page
Enter in the order number that you want to void.
Select ‘Void’ (top left corner)
The system will ask you if you want to void the ticket, select
‘Yes’
5. Enter in the reason for voiding the ticket and then press ‘Ok’
How to Reverse Payment of an order?
When a user wants to reverse a payment, please follow this order.
1. Go to Customer Service and then enter in the ticket number and select
‘Find Ticket’
2. Select the Receipts & Payments tab, select whichever payment you want
to reverse, at the bottom it will show you which orders that payment
was made for.
3. Take a note of the ‘Receipt No’ in the first column
4. Go to Collect > Select Reverse Payment > enter in the Receipt No > Tick
the ‘Update User Entered Values > Select Reverse Payment
