Traditional/ Line
Foods in this cafeteria are placed in containers arranged in a rack to allow customers to get their
food and beverage by going in a line.
Shopping center, hollow square, free flow or scramble system
There are different counters for each type of food that is arranged in way that will not require
the customer to fall in line and wait for their turn.
Decentralized Service/ Meals on Wheels
Food trays are prepared in bulk and are distributed to the homes of the customers, usually aged
and ill, diretly.
Airline Service
Quality foods are prepared in flight where col and hot foods are prepared separately.
