We have checked the type test report of Shandong Sacred sun make valve regulate lead acid
battery (GFMJ-200) and followings discrepancies/observations has been observed.
1. Kindly provide technical parameter of battery duly filled in the format specified in
Annexure-P-1 of Volume II of Tender documents attached as Annex A for your reference.
2. All the filled parameters shall comply 48V Battery Specification, Annexure-P-1 of Volume
II of Tender documents.
3. As per 48V Battery Specification, the lead acid battery shall be enclosed type, reinforced
grid Plante type consists of pure lead lamellae or antimonial lead assembled in shockproof
container made of transparent plastic with either screw or bayonet type vent plugs and
effectively sealed against leakage of electrolyte whereas the provided type test report are of
valve regulated non-transparent battery. Please clarify and provide the type test report as per
specifications.
4. As per clause 10.2.1, 48V Battery Specification, Annexure-P-1 of Volume II of Tender
documents, the followings type test shall be performed on battery






Discharge capacity test (clause 10.2.2) of 48V Battery Specification
Efficiency test (clause 10.2.3)
Self-discharge test (clause 10.2.4)
Float current test (clause 10.2.5)
Cycle test (clause 10.2.6)
Chemical composition test (clause 10.2.7)
Whereas no such test has been performed in type test report.
