The Five Steps to Launch Your Project Successfully!
1) What does success look like to you? The most important definition of “success” is the one
you define for yourself. Be specific about what a successful launch of your project will look like?
Examples are: getting my first blog post out, getting my first client, launching my website etc.
2) What information do you need to gather before you launch? Once you eliminate
uncertainty, you’ll launch your project faster. What data is missing? Who do you need to talk to?
3) Write down your exact steps and action items to launch. Examples could be: create a
website, update existing website, create a promotional plan, identify your early customers, draft
launch emails, create logo. The goal is to identify everything, but be as efficient as possible.

4) How are you going to celebrate? It’s important to recognize your own efforts. Celebrate
small milestones along the way and treat yourself to stay motivated!
