within the authorized period in case where international flights between the ROK
and home country are in operation, which allows for flight reservations and
departure from the ROK.
※ Applicable ONLY to entrants prior to Jan. 7 2021. Entrants after Jan. 8,
2021 should first prove the reasons for not allowing for departure such as
flight unavailability to apply.
Yet, for cases where departure is not available, I confirm that I shall leave the
country immediately after expiration of such grounds, including suspension of
international flights, cooperation requests for permission to stay by relevant
embassy, border closures, being spouse of nationals, my or child’s enrollment at
elementary/middle/high school and others.
