KEECH PEACH RECIPES INGREDIENTS *This recipe is gluten-free, oil free, refined sugar free, low fat, nut free, soy free and still tastes amazing! WHAT YOU'LL NEED: One Large Very Ripe Banana (Brown and Spotted is Even Better) 1 1/2 Cup of Oats (I use Gluten Free Rolled Oats) 1 Cup of Oatmilk or Almond Milk Optional But Recommended: 1 Teaspoon of baking powder 1 Teaspoon of vanilla extract 1 Tablespoon of maple syrup 1 Tablespoon of ground flax seeds SIMPLE COOKING DIRECTIONS: 1. Add 1 1/2 Cup of rolled oats to a blender and blend until the oats turn into a flour consistency. The smoother the flour the better! 2. Put the oat flour into a large bowl and add 1 Teaspoon of baking powder and 1 Tablespoon of ground flax seeds then whisk together. 3. Clean your blender and add the following ingredients to be blended: 1 cut ripe banana, 1 Tablespoon of maple syrup and 1 cup of almond or oat milk. 4. Pour the rest of the blended ingredients into the large bowl and whisk everything together to finish batter. 5. Heat a pan on the stove to medium/high heat and Pour 1/4 cup or 1/2 cup of batter onto the pan and cook until edges brown then flip over and finish for about a mintue until the other side browns. 6.
