Agenda i: Welcoming Speech from Chairperson (Head of English Language Panel)
1. Our Chairperson, Pn. Wanitarani thanked all the English teachers for attending this meeting. She
also extended her welcome and thanked the Senior Assistant 1 En. Ahmad Izaney bin Abd Kadir for
joining the English Panel and the meeting.
2. Thanked all the English Language Panel committee for giving a very good cooperation towards the
success of English Language Panel.

Agenda ii: Speech from the Headmaster/Senior Assistant
3. The Senior Assistant 1 thanked all members for attending this meeting.
4. He expressed the satisfaction towards the good performance and all the effort given by all English
teachers.
5. He reminded all English teachers to always improve themselves and be better in whatever tasks they
are doing.

Agenda iii: Appointment of New AJK for 2021
6. Pn. Wani announced the new AJK for year 2022. Refer Hand out.
Agenda iv: Curiculum Management
7. ‘Pemantauan Kurikulum Berkualiti’ (e-RPH) all teachers must send their lesson plan according to the
group (refer Unity SKI 2022/2023)
8. For March, teachers must send the lesson plan for 2 weeks on 31 March 2022 (Thursday). For the
following week must send every Thursday.
9. All the teachers must send their DSKP and Yearly Plan to Head of the panel, (Pn. Wani). Pn.Wani
will send it to PK Pentadbiran.
10. Make sure all teachers bring their DSKP, Yearly Plan and RPM when enter the class.
11. Exercise book for year 1 and 2 are 3 books. (single line, double line and long book). For year 4 –
year 6 use 3 long books.Level 1 did not have avtivity book. So, teacher can photostat the activity book
prepared by KPM.Year 4 also will use the activity book prepared by KPM.
12. Make sure teachers check all the student exercise book.
13. School Based Assessment (PBD) – Make sure all teachers prepare their RPM and bring together
when entering the class. Assess the students while they are doing their writing work. Teachers have to
take the latest result and fill in the form and prepare the Headcount.
14. Catch - Up Plan 3.0 involved year 2, 3 and 4. Those who get Tp1 – TP3 and student who were not
value. This programme will be held for 4 weeks until 14/4/2022..Teachers can use the same lesson
plan but different activity.
15. Professional Learning Communities (PLC)(PBD) and Professional Learning Communities (PLC)
(PdPc) will handle for two times for this 2022.
16. DLP & HIP Programme – Upgrade the HIP board. Do 3 activities like class activity, out door and
outreach activity. Normally outreach activity will be conducted by PPKI. Every panel has to take part.
17. English panel must have their own room call SAL ROOM. PK Pentadbiran asked the secretary to
list things that are needed for the SAL ROOM.
18. KMR Programme -Format will be given by Pn. Logeswari. 5 Sayang has been chosen to do this
activity.
19. “Perancangan Aktiviti Tahunan “– Refer the handout. Jun has been dedicated as English Month. In
conjunction with that several activities will be carried out.
20. For level 1 the activities are Spelling Bee, Colouring Contest and Describing picture. For level 2 the
activities are Public Speaking, Story Telling and News Paper Cutting.

21. English teacher are asked to list out the materials that they need for the English activities.

Agenda vi: Others Matter
22. Year 1 pupils will be expose by Transition Programme for 4 weeks.
23. Pn. Wani hope all the teachers can work in a team.
24. Pn. Wani thanked all the teachers for their commitment and cooperation throughout the year.She
hoped that the teachers could continue their endless effort for this year
