You had been separated from the government service for lawful cause, and it is your obligation to surrender aboved –mentioned government property. Despite repeated demand as appeared in our records, the abovementioned government property remained in your possession for unknown reason. Hence, this demand is hereby given upon to surrender the above-mentioned government property within ten (10) days from the receipt of this notice/demand, otherwise Bucor will be constrained to initiate necessary criminal action against you in proper court of justice or tribunal to protect and enforce the interest of the government.
