As a Customer I want to make a reservation in order for my seat to be reserved at
the restaurant.
As a Host I want capture potential customers reservations , in order to secure the
customers seat and as well as notify staff on how many customers to prepare for .

As a Host I want to greet welcome customers and direct them to their reserved seats
in order for customers to be seated and enjoy their time with our establishment

As a Waitress I want to document orders correctly and swiftly in order for the
customer to receive their order in a timely fashion
•
As a Customer I want to inform the waitress on my order choice, so that I may
receive the meal I desire.

As a Waitress I want to log the customers order in order for the customer’s request
to be logged into the system and sent to the kitchen to begin preparation

As a Chef I want to notify the waitress when the food is being prepared or finished so
that the customer can receive their meal

As a Waitress I want the system to notify me when the meal has been finished , so
that I may take it to the customer.

As a Customer I want to request the bill in order to settle my debt.

As a Waitress I want to provide the bill and receive the payment in order to close the
table.

As a Waitress I want to log the payment into the system so that it is their for future
records and so that I can see my gratitude amount
