PRESENTATION AND REVIEW OF FIRST QUARTER SCHOOL
MONITORING EVALUATION AND ADJUSTMENT (SMEA) AND
UPDATING OF THE SECOND QUARTER SMEA SY 2022
1. Pursuant to Schools Division Memo No. 84, s. 2022, titled IMPLEMENTATION
GUIDELINES OF DIVISION MONITORING, EVALUATION AND ADJUSTMENT
(DMEA) SUB-SYSTEMS, this office announce the conduct of Presentation and
Review of the First Quarter School Monitoring Evaluation and Adjustment (SMEA)
and Updating of the Second Quarter SMEA SY 2022 to the stakeholders on April
29, 2022 at 1:00 PM- 3:00 PM.
2. The objectives of this activity are to:
a. present the results of the First Quarter SMEA Report; and
b. plan for the improvement of the Second Quarter SMEA Report.
3. Expected participants to this activity are the parents, PTCA officers, teaching and
non-teaching personnel, members of the School Governing Council and Student
Leader.
4. Immediate and Wide dissemination of this memorandum is earnestly desired.
