Remarks:
1.* The application form must be signed by an authorized executive of the company. Excerpt from the commercial
register showing the authorization of the person should be included. The application from educatinal Institutions
must be signed by the Head of the Department or Dean of the Faculty. Excerpt from the commercial register is not
needed for educational institutions. The application form has to carry the official stamp of the
corporation/educational institution as well.
2. The executive board of the EEUG Association decides on the acceptance of a new member according to the
paragraph § 3 "Membership" of the EEUG charter published at http://www.eeug.org/files/free.
3. Applicant is obliged to accept the ATP licensing conditions defined by the Canadian/American EMTP User Group
and fill in the ATP licensing form on-line at http://www.emtp.org. The paper copy of the ATP license form signed by
the applicant must be attached to this membership application.
4.** Correspondences, announcements, invoices will be sent to Contact Person 1. Electronic mails via the EEUG-L
(members only) mailing list will be sent to this person, as well. If the applicant wish to subscribe a second person
on the EEUG-L electronic mailing list, he/she is requested to specify details of Contact Person 2.
