POLICIES AND GUIDELINES

1. Each student shall select only one (1) of the
activities on Health Education listed above.
2. Then, prepare “Plan of Activity” on your
chosen area and submit in our account.
Provide your own copy as well.

- Name, Age, Address
3. Prepare Cartolina or Manila Paper (Training Aids)
and write the main discussions of your chosen Health
Education area.
4. Organize at least six (6) selected participants in an
open space / area observing the proper physical
distancing. Your expected participants would be your
family members, or relatives in your neighborhood.
Then, discuss your “Plan of Activity” using your
prepared Cartolina or Manila Paper. Act as “Teacher”
of the group, wear the proper and complete uniform
and proper hair cut with school I.D.
5. Documentation to submit
a. Copy of Plan of Activity as mention in number 2.
b. Pictures, Soft copies
- Your pictures (front & side views with the participants sitting
while listening with you, and the Cartolina / Manila Paper that
you used as training aids.)
c. Video while you are teaching in 10 minutes or more.
d. After Activity Report or Narrative Report / Reflection Paper
(Writing about what were the reactions, feelings, or the results /
experienced of both the presentor and the participants about the
activity you have conducted) This Report shall be at least 100
words or more.
6. Deadline for Submission: At least one
week before the Midterm Examination.
The earlier, the better.
REMINDER FOR SUBMISSION
IN
MIDTERM PERIOD
1.
Health Education (As per your chosen Health Education)
