Significant Knowledge • The Industrial Revolution period is 1750 – 1900 • People moved from the countryside to the towns. • Factories were the main method of production. • Child labour was common in this time. • Living conditions were poor, people were cramped into the same rooms. • Government had an attitude of leaving people to carry on. • Diseases began to spread such as Cholera and TB.
