An inequality: 2x + 3 < 10 (it could also be >, depending on the situation... )
it is solved in the same way {

2x < 7
x < 3.5
}
Tip: On a number line, an "OPEN CIRCLE" means that the value is NOT included. However, a "CLOSED CIRCLE" means that the value IS included.
