II. 6 types of customer:
1. The questioner: asks a lot
- You won't be able to search for
information with your smartphone
without an internet connection.
- There are many fake websites or
giving unverified information.
2. Straight to the point: a clear simple answer
3. Empty head:
4. The shy one:
5. Know-it-all:
6. The sponge:
- How would you deal with these customer types? Select 2 or all types.
Answer:
 How would I deal with the "The sponge" customer type:
- To work with the sponge customer, do not be too busy talking about the
product, but ask: "Sir, do you mind if I ask you a question? Why are you
still undecided to take this opportunity, buy the product and enjoy its
benefits?”
- This customer will react in two ways: “It is because…”, you will know the
next solution. Or he'll say, "What makes you think I didn't buy it?" If he
says so then all you need to do is write the order.
 How to handle “The shy one” customers:
- Be friendly and welcoming. Ask once ‘Can I help you?’ Then leave them to
make the next move. Ideally you’ll busy yourself so they do not feel
watched and run away.
