Pine May 31, 2022 Charles Streeter, Recommendation, 2 Recommendation To: Chief Executive Officer From: Charles Streeter As my report stated I am recommending three different steps to assist in improving the increase in turnover and the need for a training program. With 26,000 employees and the increase in the turnover rate of employees, steps need to be taken to ensure the company stays successful (Avis Budget Group). The three steps that I have stated will assist in brining the company under a more comprehensive management system where there is continual training and a streamlined management system. By having one manager in each department rather the two with assist your employees in stating problems and getting situation resolved. Also this will allow you to put one of the managers in a different area of the company which will allow them to gain a better understanding of the company and may bring a different perspective. Having an effective training plan is essential for any company and it is required to ensure that your employees are up to date on the latest policies and programs that the company is offering. Training also gives the employees the opportunity to express their experiences which may assist junior employees later on when they experience a similar situation. Not only will the employees get knowledge but they will feel that the company values them because they are investing the time to give them training.
