conducted in the past five years
Microsoft – Activision 2022
Clayton Dubilier & Rice – W M Morrisons 2021
Bristol Myers Squibb – Celgene 2019
Takeda Pharmaceutical - Shire PLC 2018
Comment on
(i) the motivation for the deal
(ii) details of the deal. Deal value/means of payment/premium paid
(iii) any problems surrounding the deal
(iv) the share price reaction to the deal for bidder and target
