How do outdoor activities improve your total well-being? Cite a specific example -Physical Spending time outdoors provides a variety of benefits, such as reducing obesity rates and strengthening family bonds through sports like biking and badminton, which I engage in frequently when pandemic and lockdown begins which results in gaining weight. As a result of my inadequate posture, I'm more likely to develop back pain, osteoporosis, and cardiovascular disease. Reduced arthritis pain, reduced weight gain, lower blood pressure, avoiding cancers, and cardiovascular disease, (heart disease or stroke), can all be prevented by regular outdoor activity that brings numerous physical health benefits. I feel the overall presence of myself through this. My energy is restored by increased blood circulation throughout my body. I normally feel numb after a long day of paperwork and work. When I do recreational outdoor, my muscles move in certain directions. And this makes me want to do it even more, as well as extend my life. -Emotional They also help you to explore your surroundings while enjoying the fresh air like photography, sightseeing, sunset views in our parking area, physical activity, and outdoor settings reduce stress, depression, and anxiety. Doing stress-relieving activities with other people allows us to bond and develop a strong sense of community where we can be ourselves and feel we belong. A picnic or a game of badminton, for example, includes a variety of activities, such as strolling, analyzing visual and auditory input, and conversing with other people. My self-esteem is greatly influenced by how I communicate, engage, and express myself on both sides and over time, including bonding, engaging individual abilities, and sharing, as playing to them. As a family, we can use recreational activities to express what we're doing and how we're connecting, bringing everyone together and closing the distance. In addition, they're a great way to have fun. 3. How are you going to influence others to be engaged in various outdoor activities? Despite our hectic modern lives, we must spend long periods of time in front of computers and other electronic devices in order to work, solve our daily problems, and create social networks. As our minds take control, our bodies become a thing of the past. However, just as virtuality exists in a physical dimension filled with natural light, breezes, and singing birds, so too are our minds dependent on our bodies. Fortunately, there is now a new concept encouraging individuals to go on a gadget or social media detox, which means taking a break from their devices and focusing on other activities. People who undergo this detox might take advantage of the opportunity to explore the great outdoors. People often feel isolated and disconnected from their peers during this time of year when they are out and about, so I ask them to share their thoughts on their lifestyle and any changes that they may have noticed within themselves and ask them to see the point of view time to relax and discover new places. Since we cannot even cut ourselves to social media, I posted on my stories when I go to places and outdoor activities, selfies with new friends, share the benefits of it, and yes, I influence some of my friends to do and go with me as well.
