How do outdoor activities
improve your total well-being?
Cite a specific example
-Physical
Spending time outdoors provides a variety of benefits, such as reducing obesity
rates and strengthening family bonds through sports like biking and badminton, which
I engage in frequently when pandemic and lockdown begins which results in gaining
weight. Catch Vitamin D from the sunlight. Engaging in simple games can develop
physical agility and proper body coordination. As a result of my inadequate posture,
I'm more likely to develop back pain, osteoporosis, and cardiovascular disease.
Reduced arthritis pain, reduced weight gain, lower blood pressure, avoiding cancers,
and cardiovascular disease, (heart disease or stroke), can all be prevented by regular
outdoor activity that brings numerous physical health benefits. I feel the overall
presence of myself through this. My energy is restored by increased blood circulation
throughout my body. I normally feel numb after a long day of paperwork and work.
When I do recreational outdoor, my muscles move in certain directions. And this
makes me want to do it even more, as well as extend my life.
-Emotional
They also help you to explore your surroundings while enjoying the fresh air like photography,
sightseeing, sunset views in our parking area, physical activity, and outdoor settings reduce stress, depression, and
anxiety. Spending time exercising in a park in Tagalag park-specific, leads to an increase in positive moods and a
reduction in cortisol levels, a hormone released when the body feels stress. Similarly, increased access to green space
for activities such as walking decreases stress
-Mental
Recreational activities that I engage in virtually always have a positive impact on my mental and
emotional well-being. This is a beneficial situation for me. Increased self-esteem, self-confidence, spiritual growth, as
well as an improved feeling of enjoyment and creativity, are all a result of my attitude. Somehow, being outside in the
fresh air and under the sun, the sunsets in our parking area. Relaxation and stress reduction are aided by it, as is an
increase in favorable moods, therefore it must be beneficial or satisfying. Participating in physical activity has similar
effects, such as relieving stress and boosting mood. The mind is rejuvenated and calmed in natural environments, and
this leads to a more optimistic outlook and attitude. It soothes my mind, sharpens my focus, and opens up a world of
feelings for me. For me, the time I spend with my loved ones is a chance to laugh, relax, and recharge.
-SOCIAL
In terms of social, it encourages you to connect with others
who share your interests, facilitating social interaction. The opportunity to
interact with others that comes with outdoor activity is a valuable perk in
and of itself. Doing stress-relieving activities with other people allows us
to bond and develop a strong sense of community where we can be
ourselves and feel we belong. A picnic or a game of badminton, for
example, includes a variety of activities, such as strolling, analyzing visual
and auditory input, and conversing with other people. My self-esteem is
greatly influenced by how I communicate, engage, and express myself on
both sides and over time, including bonding, engaging individual abilities,
and sharing, as playing to them. As a family, we can use recreational
activities to express what we're doing and how we're connecting, bringing
everyone together and closing the distance. In addition, they're a great
way to have fun.

How are you going to influence others to
be engaged in various outdoor activities?
Despite our hectic modern lives, we must spend long periods of time
in front of computers and other electronic devices in order to work, solve our daily
problems, and create social networks. As our minds take control, our bodies
become a thing of the past. However, just as virtuality exists in a physical
dimension filled with natural light, breezes, and singing birds, so too are our minds
dependent on our bodies. Fortunately, there is now a new concept encouraging
individuals to go on a gadget or social media detox, which means taking a break
from their devices and focusing on other activities. People who undergo this detox
might take advantage of the opportunity to explore the great outdoors. People
often feel isolated and disconnected from their peers during this time of year
when they are out and about, so I ask them to share their thoughts on their
lifestyle and any changes that they may have noticed within themselves and ask
them to see the point of view time to relax and discover new places. Since we
cannot even cut ourselves to social media, I posted on my stories when I go to
places and outdoor activities, selfies with new friends, share the benefits of it, and
yes, I influence some of my friends to do and go with me as well.
