Make a common law Affidavit Stating Facts of Truth, thereof then have it Notarized, then record at County Clerks office of Birth. Makes it official. Then they can not fuck with man! Unless you injure, harm, or tresspass , or contract with or to another unlawfully !
Then Express the trust, have it notarized, and put it on record, then motion the court to hear it demand the book keeping of "on ledger and off Ledger" accounting of trust like in the documents you put on record with your intentions. Express All profits, dividends, assets of property thereof.
Make "them" pay all debt that's owed as trustee. "Settle all book keeping debts" and then demand that your equitable property gets rolled in your new private trust . Like llc. Or New Trust Have this trust set up and ready for transfer. Never commingle funds , keep private private, keep public public. You will get all new credentials
