As your best friend, I honestly think that you should really know this because obviously you are such a clumsy person. From my own point of view I think that a healthy lifestyle can assist to avoid the start or exacerbation of mental health issues such as depression and anxiety, as well as obesity, diabetes, heart disease and other chronic health issues. It can also play a significant part in assisting patients in regaining their health. And I strongly agree that loving and taking good care of yourself is a must, so you clearly need to take care of yourself especially this days because truthfully many people is having issues on their physical health and many people is also having a mental breakdown.
