First Goal
SPECIFIC
Attend Additional LIHTC/HCCP Training courses with AJ Johnson
MEASURABLE
This goal would be Measurable due to the online flexibility. I would make
sure that the times and dates selected will not interfere with my deadlines.
AGGRESSIVE
Being in my current position less than a year and having specific deadlines
to meet will make this goal Aggressive but obtainable because they are
offered online at this time.
(But achievable)
RELEVANT
These courses offered by AJ Johnson will assist me in my current position
by providing more details and information on LIHTC. It will also keep me
abreast on the new laws, practices and procedures that have been
implemented recently.
TIMEBOUND
These courses are available this Summer 2022, I can sign up online and
Complete the online courses by end of December 31, 2022.

SPECIFIC
Build strong relationships with Projects/provide training to projects
MEASURABLE
I can achieve this by communicating with my projects specifically during
quarterlies. Advising them on the reports needed and providing guidance
for accuracy.
AGGRESSIVE
I will communicate with my property managers and financial contacts
frequently to assure they understand the timeline and requested reports.
RELEVANT
This is relevant to my position and job duties. I can assist the onsite team
with virtual and/or onsite training. Providing knowledge and a process that
must be followed will help streamline the submission of reports and
preapproved applicant paperwork.

This is attainable during the onsite visits and physical inspections and
communicating frequently. Estimated time completion is December
