Terms and condition:
1. Client should be deposit eighty lac advance before of mobilization the equipment and this advance
will be adjust to the final bill. MML will raise the bill after completing works of 10 days and payment
shall confirm on within 5 working days from the submission date of the bill.
2. Above-mentioned rental value is excluding of Vat & Tax and client shall pay all type of assessment
or any other deposited fees into site.
3. This contract shall construed in accordance with the laws of People Republic of Bangladesh.
4. Labor shed, Drinking water, Electricity, Lighting bear by client.
5. All type of safety and security shall require confirming equipment’s and MML staff by the client
6. Local /Political issued shall be solved by the client.
