What are your reflections on what happened and is happening to this year's
election?
-Well, for me, I just hope that whoever wins whether it’s BBM or Leni, just
be a good leader/president and does what is right for our country as well as
for the people who live in the Philippines. I don’t fight with anyone just
because my president lost, I just want them to know that whoever is the
president, I will support and respect him/her, and prove to us or prove to
those people that they’re wrong. I hope that many salaries should increase,
the farmers should be paid enough, bring the death penalty back, and punish
those people who committed a huge mistake.
1. Yes, I agree. Some shows or movies involves an unimaginable plot, they
never forget to involve someone who is rich or someone who is powerful that
mostly Filipinos would likely to aspire. We are somehow creative in writing or
making a teleserye that let the audience be inspired.
2. Maybe because of how talented and creative our teleserye, and how the
actor/ actress portrays the character in the teleserye. If a teleserye is a
hit and it was like one of the most influential teleserye, it will most likely to
be adapted by the other countries, like in kdrama, if a kdrama is a hit, we
Filipinos tend to make an adaption to that kdrama.
3. The accessibility quality of reporting was forever impacted by social
media. Previously, reporting was mostly done through specialized media such
as television, radio, and newspapers. These platforms are still active today,
but anyone can now become a reporter by simply publishing on social media.
