Abstract
This is a charity project, done over a month, through sell and
help selling books for about 1,700,000 VND. In the end, all of the pro t
after subtract the expenses was used to buy books and some snacks
for the children at Buu Tri pagoda.
What we had planned
Our main objective is making money effectively and culturally.
Next is increasing the FPT Students' awareness about the volunteer
works, unfortunate lives around us, and frugal living lifestyle.
So, we decided to place a bookshelf. This bookshelf will
accepting donation, selling used book, helping people sell their used
books.

What we did
From We sold books, of course. To do this we had to advertise
our project. So we created a plan.
This advertising plan included creating a Facebook page, for
increasing the awareness. This page ends up with 124 followers, not
much but enough
for spreading our
activity. We also
distributed lea ets
at canteen and
libraries.
We contacted
our friends, family
members for used
books
and
encourage them
donate to us and
helps us buys books that they need. In the end, the number of
donated books was so many that we couldn’t able to count. We also
helped friends selling their books, and in the end we sold 32 books
over 105 registered. The remaining books we exchanged for 87
mangas for kids at a local book, from Doraemon to Shin.

At last we managed to get nearly the goals 2.000.000 VND that
we stated at the beginning of the project plan. However because of Tet
Holidays and School Camping event, we have to close the project 3
days sooner than expect to prepare for these events, so we just got
around 1.700.000 VND.
Then on 31st January 2021, bringing our gifts, we all came to
Buu Tri Pagoda play with the children there and for half a day. It was
really fun and memorable.

Dif culties
There are some dif culties that we had to faced in this project,
and they are place and time.
First was place, because of school’s restrictions we had to placed
our bookshelf on 2nd oor of the student canteen. However with a
well advertising campaign and help from our friends we managed to
overcome this problems.
The other one was time, our team members have classes from
12h45 to 17h45 everyday. No one could look after the bookcase and
sell books at that time, so we may be missed many customers.
What we got at the end of the project
Friendship, we are a good team, everyone treat each other well.
Sympathy, which is obtained from doing charity works.
Experiences, for upcoming projects in the future.
