For the research methodology, the latest trends have been analyzed by identification and analysis of 55 research paper from 2012 to 2107.Firstly, authors have explained that merger and acquisition is a way to grow the capacity of value creation of any company. For merger and acquisition, difficulty of obtaining market share and time factor are considered to be key causes which are for internal development. In current time of markets, for hyper competition and higher competitive advantage, innovation is considered as very crucial element for merger and acquisition. By study and analysis of 55 papers of different kinds, authors have suggested that there must be new paradigm of innovation. In that paradigm, innovation must be open and culture as well. According to authors, in these 55, they have found that study on relationship on open innovation and merger and acquisition has been neglected. These studies have also suggested that merger and acquisition can enhance the innovation because of diversified culture and resources. In addition to this, they have also suggested that by innovation merger and acquisition can be more effective and successful.
