This IPT hopes to engage the learners into guided and independent learning activities at their own pace and time. Furthermore, this also aims to help learners acquire the needed 21st century skills while taking into consideration their needs and circumstances. Integration involves a sequence of linked assessments over several tasks. A performance task is any learning activity or assessment that asks students to perform and to demonstrate their knowledge, understanding and proficiency. Performance tasks yield a tangible product and/or performance that serve as evidence of learning. Sample Summative Assessment Tools that qualify as performance tasks in various learning modality are the following: • Face-to-Face learning • Online Distance Learning • Digital/Printed Modular Homeschooling Learning, TV/RBI, and As a facilitator, you are expected to orient the learners on how to use this IPT. You also need to keep track of the learners' progress while allowing them to manage their own learning. Furthermore, you are expected to encourage and assist the learners as they do the tasks included in this module. 3 TLE - Practice occupational health and safety (Identify hazards and risks, TLE.HEFS7/8 - 80HS-O6-8) Output: Identify the hazards/ risks you see at home, school and community. Explain why you have identified or listed the danger to the members of your family. Follow the format given. Proper waste segregation, cleaning, and etc. Create a table in showing the results of your gathered data. SCIENCE - Discuss how energy from the Sun interacts with the layers of the atmosphere (S7ES-IVd-5) Output: Make a poster showing the risk or hazard of increasing temperature or enhanced greenhouse. Araling Panlipunan - Napapahalagahan ang mga kontribusyon ng Silangan at Timog-Silangang Asya sa kulturang Asyano (AP7KIS-IVj-1.26) Output: Maglista ng mga limang mabuti at limana hindi mabuting kontribusyon ng Silangan at Timog-Silangang Asya sa kulturang Asyano ukol są pangangalaga ng kalusugan. 4 MAPEH - (Health) - explains non-communicable diseases based on cause and effect, signs and symptoms, risk factors and protective factors and possible complications (H7DD-IVbd-25) Output: Create a list (at least 5) of non-communicable diseases and Identify the risk factors it poses in your health.
