Reflective feedback on the case study - individual work
Objectives
At this point in the course, your group work (for the case study) has been completed (or will be
completed soon) and with this individual exercise, you will conduct a “feedback” on the team process.
The objective of this individual exercice is to develop your critical view of innovation, and its
management, as well as a reflective look at how this group work has worked (collective dynamics and
intelligence) and has enriched you.
Be sincere…. Don’t tell us “a great story” but the reality, your understanding of what happened and
what you learned through team work and interactions. You did a good job!
Instructions
This work is individual and counts for 40% of the final grade of the course.
