This document is to provide an AIAHK User guide for VPN usage on their daily operations.

3.1
Introduction
VPN Service
When you need to access AIA internal network resource, network drive and system outside of
Company, then you need the VPN connection to secure you to connect to AIA network resource
and system with company managed laptop or channel.
3.2
Apply Your VPN Service via SMWS Workflow System
You should apply VPN token via SMWS by selecting Remote Access Service (RAS) and BTVPN

You will receive a confirmation email upon request completion from MSS system.

How to active and configure your VPN token?
You receive the confirmation email from no-reply.one.mobile.secure@bt.com and follow the
instruction to active your VPN token.
4.1
Download and Setup your VPN token on your mobile device
You will receive 3 emails sent from no-reply.one.mobile.secure@bt.com for VPN token activation
and setup.

You revive your Access Code/User Name for login the VPN service, that is your email address.

Download the RSA SecureID Token App to your Mobile Device

the RSA SecurID
Software Token App on

Loading the Token Seed File to Device
a.
Access the link on your mobile phone:
https://onemobilesecureaccess.bt.com/SoftTokenDownload

Click “Request Password” to get one-time Password via your AIA email
Key-in your access code as your email address and the one-time password from the
email sent with subject BT One Mobile secure access Service.
Choose the format (iOS for iPhone or Android) of token to download the token seed for
your mobile device.
Click Open to proceed to install in the RSA SecurID Software Token application
Tap OK once the token is successfully imported

Setting the PIN for Soft Token
a.
In your RSA SecurID Software Token
application (iOS and Android) tap
the > to reveal the token code.
b.
Access the link from your computer:

Click Set Hard/Soft Token PIN.
d.
Type the User Name as your email
address and token code as shown in
your RSA SecurID Software Token
application
(refer
to
next
screenshot on how to get the token
code). Once completed, click
Submit.
e.
In the next page, Set BT
MobileXpress SecurID Pin, enter
your new 4-digit pin (do not begin
with 0). Click Submit once done.

You will be prompted to re-enter your
new pin. Click Submit once done.

Connecting to Pulse Secure VPN
Note: Make sure you are connected to an external Internet provider (e.g. Home broadband
Wi-Fi, personal hotspot).

Open Pulse Secure from your
company notebook.
Click the button next to AIA
Pre

You will be prompted to key in
your email address as the user
name and passcode generate
by your RSA soft-token on
your mobile with your PIN
entered (refer to next
instructions on how to identify
your passcode).

Click Connect to proceed.
Once connected you will see a
notification at the bottom
right of your screen that you
are connected.

For Soft Tokens Using Mobile Phone,
the passcode is the 8-digit number
token code after the 4-digit PIN is
entered.
In your mobile phone’s RSA SecurID
Software Token application (both iOS
and Android):
a. Key-in your 4-digit PIN
b. Tap the > to reveal the token code
(code is a running number, changes
every 60 seconds)

Disconnecting from Pulse Secure VPN
a. Right-click the Pulse Secure from the system tray, AIA Preferred, then click Disconnect.
b. Double click the Pulse Secure from the system tray and click Disconnect.
