With relation to our recent observation, it has come to our attention that
after receiving several verbal warnings and a warning letter dated April 20,
2022 for failing to arrive on time for planned work, you have continued to
be late. Due to your persistent tardiness, you have received this warning
for your poor performance over the last four weeks.
Please keep in mind that arriving late to work has an impact on not just
your own work but also the overall process.
I hope you understand, embrace, and put the following into practice right
now. Non-compliance will result in your dismissal from Agsur Shipyard
