Temporary hoarding as per architect drawing shall be erected prior to commencement of work 2. Terminate all mechanical services such as water supply and sewerage and cart away any arising from site. Water tank need to be emptied. 3. Terminate all electrical supply and cart away all wirings and fixtures from site 4. Manually take off all roof tiles and cart away from site 5. Manually take off all purlins, rafter and trusses from site 6. Take off the water tank and cart away from site 7. Remove all ceilings and ceiling support and cart away from site. 8. Remove all loose furniture, kitchens units, worktop, sink, lighting fixtures, fans, airconditioners etc. and cart away from site. 9. Remove and dismantle all windows, internal and external doors, grilles, light weight partitions etc. and cart them away from site. 10. Hack and demolished brick wall staring from upper floors and work toward the lower floors. All debris and arising shall be cart away from site. 11. Demolish the RC frame one storey at a time and start the demolition work from the roof level, down using a breaker attached to an excavator. Cart away all debris from site. 12. The following precautions shall be taken during demolition work:i) Ensure that the site has been secured safety to prevent unintentional entry by unauthorised personnel during demolition. ii) Work from outside the building and never let anyone enter the building while plant is wrecking the building. iii) Be sure that the operator has been trained in the work or is being supervised by experienced supervisor iv) Make sure that debris does not build up too high as to overload the remaining structure. v) Debris designated for removal form site shall be loaded directly into waiting the lorries vi) Vehicles leaving the site shall be inspected and wash down before driving onto the surrounding roads. Road cleaning shall be carefully monitored and clean if it deemed to be necessary. vii) If terraces of debris are used to enable the machine to gain height, ensure that the terraces to well consolidate and the machine can be maintained level during operation. viii) Dust emission shall be reduced by spraying water at the building during the mechanical breaking. ix) Sheeted protection scaffold shall be erected to minimize dust. x) Using specialist Pest Control contractor to carry out pest eradication prior to demolition works. 13. Hack the ground floor slabs and beams and cart away all debris and crusher run from site. 14. Root out and back all existing stumps and footings or pile caps and cart away all debris from site. 15. Remove and cart away designated unwanted drains, drainage sumps, sewer line manhole, inspection chambers and unwanted septic tanks. All debris and arising shall be carted away from site. 16. The surface drainage at the site during and after demolition work shall be properly direct to existing drainage system. Hardcode lined drain shall be properly maintained to direct surface run off to existing road side drain. 17. The working hours shall be as per the regulation stipulated by the Majlis Perbandaran Manjung. There are from 8.00am to 6.00pm Monday to Friday. No works shall take place during Saturday, Sunday and all public holiday. 18. Safety precaution and procedure shall be taken as per Occupational Safety and Health Act and Regulation and also the Factories and Machinery Act 1967 (Act 139), Regulations & Rules
