The meeting started at 9:00 A.M with an opening prayer by: Shielo B. Cabahug
Agenda of the meeting:
1. Orientation for the Face-to-face classes Implementation
2. Signing of Parents consent for learners’ participation in the limited face to face
classes
3. Classroom Projects
4. WInS (Wash in School) Implementation and Update
5. Students Records
6. Awarding of Class Achievers
The adviser discussed the process for the approval of face-to-face classes that is
possibly be implemented by next school year. The adviser gived a written consent which will
be signed by the parents/guardians who are willing to let their students joined the face-toface class. After that, the adviser discusses the Classroom Project. The adviser endorses to
repair the electrical wirings of the classroom which comprised up to 4,000.00 (according to
Bacordo’s Store). It was approved by majority to contribute 100.00 pesos for the said project.
The next agenda is for WInS (Wash in School) matters. The adviser discussed what is
WInS and its updates during the Division Monitoring last April 22, 2022. After the Wins
matters, the adviser updates the parents concern about the students records from the school
form 137 up to the performance of the students. The last agenda is the awarding of class
achievers. The adviser calls the attention of the students who performed well in the class and
received a certificate of recognition duly signed by the adviser and the school principal. Any
other concerned is also raised.
The meeting adjourned at 10:30 in the morning.
