Greetings!
I am Joshua M. Nocon, an employee under City Service Corporation is writing your
good office to allow me to take a leave of absence for two (2) days this coming May
20 – 21, 2022.
The reason behind my leave of absence is that my wife will be attending a
seminar/workshop in Laguna to represent her school. She is the only teacher that will
be attending the said seminar/workshop. In line with this, she was informed to bring a
chaperone to assist her in that seminar. I am the one who she choses to bring so she
can be comfortable in doing her tasks in the seminar/workshop.
I humbly ask your good office for your permission and consideration in this matter. I
assure you that I will do my work with more efficiency and effort.
