this letter our initial proposal against the subject mentioned. Each of the points are covered in
separate annexures. The quote for repair of existing PAPI would be shared after site visit. Annual
maintenance for PAPI – Annexure 2 are budgetary quotes. These will be corrected and realigned with
the scope based on site survey and agreed scope of work.

Terms and Conditions
1. All prices are excluding GST
2. Applicable PF and ESIC extra
3. Payment Termsa. 100% advance with Purchase Order for work less than 60 days.
b. 100% Monthly advance for Purchase Order for work greater than 60 days
4. Works Duration after receiving PO and advance
a. Site Visit and evaluation – 7 days
b. Shifting / Installation of PAPI Lights – 30 Days
c. Maintenance of PAPI Lights - 12 months.
5. Any additional material required for execution of work apart from the material specified in
the description above will be charged extra.
6. Any additional labour work required to be done for successful shifting of PAPI to the new
location will be charged extra at actual.
7. The period of work will commence after clear and ready site is handed over by the authority.
