Case A: After analyzing Tony’s case it can be said that he deserves to be medically paroled. He served enough time at prison. He seemed that he was starting a new life by working however it could not happen since he has a brain tumor. Even though the family does not want him to be free that is just a normal reaction. At the end of the day its all about money and I feel like he deserves a second chance. The jails are already paying a lot for him to stay while that money can be used for medical help to treat him. Case B: After analyzing this case I would not let William go free or medically paroled. Medical parole is a severe case for serous diagnosis and at this point that can be fixed by exercising and diet. Which can be fixed with no worries. He is a long life criminal and deserves to be in jail. In the paragraph he mentioned lots of lies. I personally am not a fan of liars, but I do not want him out. If he mistook someone’s car, I’m sure he will be gullible to mistake anything. In conclusion, he is able to get around places with his wheelchair and in all his diet needs to be fixed and that’s it.
