Find – Makes customers the first priority, actively seeks out customers, greets all customers, offers assistance 2. Inquire – Seeks to fully understand the customers’ needs and project, makes sure customer has everything he/she needs 3. Respect – Treats customers and other associates in a sincere, appreciative manner; has a polite, professional and positive attitude 4. Solve – Solves the customers problems, looks for opportunities to say “yes” and share product knowledge, empowers him/herself to take care of the customer 5. Wolf treats both customers and associates with respect and acts in a professional manner. Wolf takes and active role in his learning and ensures that his teams training is completed by due date. Wolf has improved with time management but there is still some room for improvement. Wolf needs to be able to delegate more tasks to his associates in order for him focus more in growing his departments business. IN-STOCK 9. In-Stock – Fully packed down and in stock at all times; shelves labeled, faced, and striped properly Comments: Wolf has made some progress over last year on his in stock position, Wolf needs to ensure that his associates are following his direction on aisle assignments and identifying outs. Overall the department has made improvements over last year and the overheads are also a major improvement but Wolf needs to ensure that he upholds his standards with his associates in order to maintain department in stock. Wolf ensures that his smart list and accuracy review is completed on time on a weekly basis. STORE APPEARANCE 10. Clean and Uncluttered - Maintains a clean and uncluttered store/work environment, ensures that department/area and aisles are clear, product is easily accessible to customers and is properly signed; consistently removes trash and distressed items 11. Safety Compliance – Follows safety policies and procedures, identifies and corrects safety hazards, reports violations, and encourages others to work safely; stay current on licenses and HHM standards Comments: Wolf has made some improvement in this area of the business as well but still has room to improve. Wolf needs to execute daily walks in department and identify product left on sales floor by pack out team and own associates that pack out freight. Wolf works safely at all times and follows the company safety standards at all time. LEADERSHIP 12. Recognition-Looks for opportunities to appropriately recognize and praise associates for customer service, teamwork, and adhering to high standards for in-stock and store appearance. Effectively uses both informal and formal recognition. 13. Accountability – Holds associates accountable to performance and service expectations; coaches and rewards appropriate behaviors; provides effective reviews for hourly associates 14. Training and Development – Looks for ways to improve skills and knowledge for self and associates in the department; follows up on Development Blueprint goals and action plans to track developmental progress; partners with ASDS to ensure associates are scheduled to complete training and developmental activities. 15. Communication – Effectively communicates goals, priorities and directions from store leadership to associates Comments: Wolf has done a good job recognizing his associates and when the occasion called for it. Wolf also has shown that he has good work ethic by working alongside his associates. Wolf is always whiling to help in any department and jumps right in when needed.
