Reference a pertains to the adoption of “SALAMAT-PAALAM” program to
recognize the contributions of retiring government official and employees in their
respective offices.
3.
Per reference b, funds to support the awarding of Plaque of Recognition and
Cash Gift to both compulsory and optional retired NSSC Civilian Human Resources
(Civ HRs) is included in the Annual Plans and Budget (APB) for FY2022.
4.

a. Availability of the Commander, Naval Sea Systems Command on 180900H
February 2022 to award the Plaque of Recognition/Certificate of Appreciation and
cash gifts to the abovementioned Civ HRs aboard HNSSC Quadrangle Area;
b. Approval of the attached LOI, Programme and proposed attendees aboard
HNSSC Quadrangle Area;
c. Release of funds amounting to TWENTY-ONE THOUSAND FOUR
HUNDRED PESOS (PhP21,400.00) to support the procurement of plaques and grant
of cash gift to the abovementioned Civ HRs per APB FY2022:

In this regard, a simple Ceremony will be accorded to said Civ HRs by this
Command on 180900H February 2022 aboard HNSSC Quadrangle Area to
recognize their invaluable contributions to the Command.
2.
MISSION: To undertake necessary preparations to ensure the successful
conduct of the Retirement/Recognition Ceremony for the aforementioned NSSC Civ
HRs aboard HNSSC Quadrangle Area on 180900H February 2022.
3.
EXECUTION:
a.
Concept of Operation:
Retirement/Recognition Ceremony will be conducted aboard HNSSC
Quadrangle Area on 180900H February 2022 with the Commander, NSSC as
Presiding Officer. The activity will be conducted with the “New Normal” situation with
strict adherence to health and biosafety protocol such as but not limited to social
distancing and mandatory wearing of facemasks and face shield.
b.
Tasks:
1)
Commander, NSSF:
a)
Prepare the HNSSC Quadrangle Area as venue of the

Perform other tasks when necessary.
