To EMPh Team: I made this letter as a way of acknowledging how fortunate I am to be in a wonderful team and to have a great support network for my internship endeavor. I would like to express first my sincere gratitude to Ms. Fia for allowing me to be a part of the team despite my schedule and for providing me with valuable learning experiences during my time at Elite Mentors Ph as an Administrative Assistant. I would also like to give emphasis how thankful I am for your effort and dedication to meeting and asking us about the things that we wanted to learn despite your busy schedule. It was a pleasure of being given a chance and entrusted to work with other people in the team and interact with real clients like LNCI and Kimstore. I have gained a lot of learning especially with back-office jobs in the Admin Team and a few about the work and files related to the human resource through the coordination that I have done in the Recruitment Team. I particularly enjoyed learning about google tools, TaskBoard, team assistance, file handling & its technicalities, client communication as well as the Re-Engagement Project that I have done along with Ms. Vaneza, Ms. Celine, Ms. Dani, and Sir Kenneth. That project gave us the chance to talk and be able to build a connection even though we came from different departments and to be aware of the problems that arise within a workplace. To Ms. Elai, thank you very much for being so patient and accommodating to all my inquiries and internship needs. Thank you so much for always being so easy to approach and always replying to my messages despite your busy schedule and for all the assistance that you have given to me. To Ms. Elline, who interviewed and endorsed me to Ms. Fia. If it wasn’t for you and Sir Karl, I won’t be able to finish my internship requirement on time. I am thankful for all the help and assistance that you offered and gave to me. To Ms. Kat, thank you so much for trusting and guiding me with the tasks. Thank you so much for allowing me to work with you and entrusting me with files that made me learn about file handling and technicalities with it. I would also like to say how I look up to your strong aura. Honestly, I thought that you are a very serious person but lucky enough, I get to know that you have your fun side as well. I still can’t forget how you sounded so happy in sharing your experiences as an intern before and with your college life too during some of our meetings together with Ms. Vaneza. To Ms. Vaneza, thank you so much for being so approachable and easy to talk with. Thank you so much for being such a good partner every time we do tasks together. Thank you so much for all the encouraging messages that you have sent to me and for the friendship that we built through this internship. When you arrived, my internship became extra fun as I had someone with whom I can share my thoughts and feelings as a fellow intern in the same department. To my fellow interns, I hope you’ll learn and enjoy your internship here at Elite Mentors Ph just like I did. I am wishing you all good luck in your future endeavor after this internship. I know that the way to be personally and professionally developed isn’t easy but with hard work and dedication, I manifest that we’ll all have that in the future! Training a new intern was a lot of work for you, and I would like to express my sincere gratitude through this letter on how thankful I am for all of your time, effort, and patience during my internship. Once again, I appreciate the opportunity to take on significant responsibility which provided learnings that I will not just learn in the classroom. This internship was a rewarding experience for me and I am fortunate to be in Elite Mentors Ph and to have known all of you. I wish you all the best in life and for all of your goals to come true. I hope to keep in touch with you and looking forward to our paths crossing again. God bless and keep safe always! Sincerely, Ayesha ‘Aye’ Marie D. Loon Admin Assistant Intern
