amount for additional changes in the sequence of work, delays, disruptions, rescheduling, extended overhead, overtime,
acceleration, effects of change orders on productivity and/or impact costs. We expressly reserve the right to address any and all of
these related items of impact costs, which affect W. E. Bowers, prior to the closeout of the contract.
