immune system or you can alcohol poisoning or liver cancer.
• Alcohol misuse is one of the biggest risk factors of death among 15-49
year old people.
• Alcohol is estimated to cost the NHS around £3.5 billion annually in
England and wales 63% of alcohol-related deaths in 2014 were
caused by alcoholic liver disease.
• Still alcohol has increased from 2014 to 2016

• By eating healthy you get you bones stronger
and increase your brains capacity and helps you
learn how to do multi task more because your
brain functions faster
• Also when you are eating healthy you can
increase your weight loss and it can help speed
up your metabolism so you can digest your food
better
• When you eat healthy it can reduced the risk of
you getting cancer.
