Cause and Prerequisites
The system was converted to Unicode.
In the lock tables TLOCK, TLOCKP and TLOCKPC, the largest character that
can be displayed was is used in the system. However, the character is
different Unicode and non-Unicode systems.
Solution
To correct the enqueue key, you must implement the attached correction
report (also contained in Support Package SAPKB620048 for Basis 620 and in
SAPKB64011 for Basis 640 systems):

To do this, carry out the following steps:

Call Transaction SE38, and create the reports.

Copy the source code from this note into the

Activate the report.
When you start the reports, you also have the option of starting it in test
mode, in which no changes are carried out. This also corresponds to the
standard setting, and to carry out changes, you must deactivate test mode.
