Welcome to Lab 1 for Cis 3470 section one for Professor Bennett
Wewill be covering 4 sections required for this lab and they will be
Virtualization OS installed

Through Microsoft Azure
Untangled Installed

wait for the VM to boot.
You go through all the steps like admin account and password etc.
After going through that we choose the configuration type leave the external but for interanal
address you change it to 10.34.70
You need two network adapters one on VMnet10 and Bridge
Internal acts like a rotuer for VM
External talks to the host machine
Head to Config Advanced then press allow HTTPS on Wans
Lets install Windows Server and Domain so when we go back to Untangled we can assign them
Static Ips
Make sure Windows 10 and server on VMNet10 so the Untagnled DHC server ^
Change the last octet to 22 and to 10 for windows 10
Windows Server Installed
Windows Domain deployed
On windows server lets go through Add roles and features till we hit active directory domain service so
can promote to a domain controller.
After the install create a new forest and change it to cis 3470 local and then wait then promote it as you
see here on active directory administrative center.
You can make sure by going to settings advanced hardware protperties
