Objective: create a fictional narrative of a journey through the water cycle through the viewpoint of
a water molecule
Project Options:

Guidelines for ALL projects:
1.
Must include five unique stages of your journey that describes what’s happening to you (the
water molecule)
a. Ex. 1: I was in the ocean and the sun’s radiation changed me into a gas. I’ve been
evaporated!!
b. Ex. 2: I felt squeezed through the leaves of the mighty oak tree as she transpired me back
to the atmosphere as water vapor.

Must include five vocabulary words learned in class in the proper context: evaporation,
condensation, precipitation, runoff, and transpiration.
Comic Strips: Can use hardcopy comic strip or an online option like Storyboardthat.com

Must be illustrated in color.
2. Words can be handwritten but must be legible.
3. Must be 6 boxes in length.
Poems:
1.
Don’t have to rhyme.
2. Must be typed.
Songs and Raps:
1. Must be performed in class to your peers or on FlipGrid.
2. Lyrics must be school-appropriate, typed, and turned in before performing.
Multi-media presentation: (Google Slides etc.)
