This refers to the misappropriation and conversion, and the filing of proper
criminal action in the Court of jurisdiction, for your failure in delivering to me the
proceeds of the sale of my motor vehicle in the balance amount of Six Hundred Forty
Thousand Pesos (Php 640,000.00) in our previous transactions which you have signed in
our Memorandum of Agreement last January 9, 2013 at Rosario, Cavite. The
