It is composed of several committees such as the information response, chemical response system, infectious, radiologic and nuclear, and information dissemination in which each committee has a certain role and specific function. OVERVIEW F1 HAZMAT INTELLIGENCE INFORMATION SYSTEM will serve as a guide to prevention and good practice in the healthcare sector aims at improving health and safety standards in health institutions in the Philippines. Occupational health and safety issues are an important part of quality management and risk management. In this sense, Occupational health and safety aspects must be an integrated element of all managerial development processes. INFECTIOUS SUBSTANCES RESPONSE SYSTEM Personal protective equipment (PPE) such as face masks, gloves, goggles, gowns, and aprons are critical items for preventing pathogen and contaminant exposure. This response system is an essential component of the health care facility's patient safety program, and is in charge of establishing and maintaining infection prevention and control, as well as monitoring, surveillance, reporting, research, and education.
