EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
Cagaling will be a start-up quick service stall with a lot of potential based on quickness
and efficiency located in the most convenient locations for our customers which will be located at
Evacom Parañaque City, Metro Manila, Philippines. It will relatively bring in an improvised
concept in the field of snacks with neat and précised production.
Customers are assured that the foods to be served to them are fit in congruence to highraised quality standards. For this, cagaling plans to supply products and services to student's and
residence of Evacom Parañaque City.
The mission of Cagaling is to produce tasty and nutritious food that everyone enjoys eating.
Cagaling, unlike other siomai provides nutrients to our customers. It is also affordable, that
can easily be bought by students and locals of Evacom, Paranaque.
To achieve our goal, Cagaling holders are contributing P 4,000, which amounts to
P24,000. This capital will be used for startup costs and will be repaid from the busines within one
year.

A. CAGALING
Cagaling is a Cabbage Pork Siomai in which cabbage is used to wrap the ground pork,
instead of wonton wrapper. We choose “Cabbage Pork Siomai” to serve a unique, mouthwatering
and home-style snack. Because of its particular ingredients, our product has distinct traits and
flavors. Above all, it's far healthier than other types of siomai on the market since cabbage contains
a lot of minerals like Vitamin C, calcium, and protein, as well as strengthening the immune system,
which helps our cells fight off intruders like viruses.
B. Logo
The words Cagaling has two hidden meanings which is "CA" for cabbage and "Galing
" for giniling (ground pork). And the leaves seen above represent uniqueness and nutritional

value of foods that help to balance the calories in the major ingredients which is the ground
pork .
This snack is created to promote a delicious and healthy meal to satisfy those who crave for a
unique dining experience.

target market. The "Cagaling Siomai" will focus its marketing efforts in Evacom, Paraaque City,
in order to reach its target market.
The market research shows that these customers are most likely to buy "siomai." Mixed
target groups help maintain consistency of its marketing activities throughout the year. Students
and residents usually come throughout the week consistently and spend most of their time in
Evacom, Parañaque City. The target groups usually prefer on-the-go food that will not take too
much of their time to make and be served.
