Sales / Business Development Manager B2B - Fintech Company NameYoutap Ltd Company Location Beirut, Lebanon We are currently seeking high-performing Business Development / Salespeople ideally with some experience in the Banking, Payments, Financial Services Software Solutions industry. You will be used to prospecting, proposing and selling technology solutions to business customers. You will be familiar with selling and creating Software as a Service pricing models, preparing SaaS proposals, presenting to prospective customers pre and post-sale, and working with sales teams to close business. This role is responsible for business development and supporting the sales of Youtap's Payment and Digital Banking and financial services products, including prospecting, new business customer proposals, and quotations, quotations for integrations, quotations for change requests and professional services, capturing new feature enhancements and requirements and presenting Youtap solutions to customers. The lead person for crafting business and technical proposals and pricing structures. In Summary, you will own: Sales prospecting SaaS Pricing Proposals and Presentations The role is based in Beirut, Lebanon and will interface with Youtap salespeople and customers regionally and globally. Requirements Roles and responsibilities include: Covering Middle East and/or Africa Responsible for prospecting new customers including lead generation and conversion to sales. Responsible for generating proposals for new customers, change requests, or professional services proposals. Responsible for responding to RFI/RFP's. Support the Youtap Management and Sales and Sales support teams to achieve the Company quarterly and annual revenue and profitability numbers. Conduct online and in-person (COVID permitting) demonstrations of Youtap products and our associated services. Interface with the Youtap product team to discuss feature and product enhancements and requests. Interface with Youtap partners to explore their products and services and where appropriate include these in Youtap's proposals and pricing. Maintain the Youtap CRM ensuring that all lead and prospect data is collected and updated for each request and where appropriate escalations are managed - we use Zoho. Maintain a database of all proposals, drawings, topology diagrams produced in a centralized database (Microsoft Teams). Other sales activities as required. Essential knowledge, skills, and abilities: Technical Software Engineering experience is a mandatory requirement. 3+ years’ experience in a technical sales and services role, preferably from within the banking solutions, payments or fintech sector is mandatory including preparing proposals, creating pricing models, and presenting to prospective customers. High degree of commercial and technical acumen in a sales role is a must. Excellent verbal communication, with the ability to explain our solutions capabilities internally. Excellent written skills, with the ability to clearly explain and sell our solutions to customers. Previous experience in financial, banking or payments products is an advantage. Expert user of the Microsoft Office suite of products. Must be able to prepare a customer solution design, quotation, and coordinate delivery times with customers Must be able to travel Multilingual (Arabic, English, and French is a PLUS) Benefits A competitive OTE salary and benefits will be provided to the suitable candidate.
