Sugar production and consumption affect our journey toward a good life. Because if we continue eating foods high in sugar every day, it can lead us to many diseases. Like higher blood pressure, inflammation, weight gain, diabetes, and fatty liver disease. It also affects our mental health since sugar can cause cognitive deficits, negative neuroplasticity, and emotional problems such as anxiety and depression. Consumption of sugar can make our mood change fast. Moreover, if we count, lessen or stop eating foods high in sugar, we can live long as we want happily without worrying. 2. How is unreflective consumption of sugar affect human life? Unreflective consumption of sugar affects human life by making a person unhealthy. The more you eat foods that lump high sugar, it will increase insulin resistance, which mainly affects hypertension, obesity, diabetes, cardiovascular disease, and cancer. It inhibits the flow of dentinal fluid out of the holes of tooth enamel, allowing bacteria to enter the pulp and promoting tooth disease. It results in an increase in magnesium and calcium levels in the urine. It causes an overproduction of insulin-related to dementia and is referred to as Type 3 Diabetes. It also stimulates the brain's pleasure centers in the same way that opioids, cocaine, cigarettes, and alcohol do, and hence is addictive for certain people.
