Our Leading Strategically Experience offers a one-of-akind opportunity for leaders to strengthen their strategic
leadership skills in the flow of their day-to-day work.
Over the course of 2 weeks, participants will engage in
live online learning sessions and a high-impact business
simulation, all while working with a current strategic
leadership challenge aimed at reinforcing immediate
learning application. Additionally, participants will
complete online, asynchronous learning content delivered
via our CCL Leadership Accelerator platform.

A high-impact business simulation, combined with a focus on a current, real-world strategic
leadership challenge that you are facing, ensure hands-on applicable learning in a safe
environment.

Our Strategic Leader 360 assessment and 3.5 hours of one-on-one executive coaching ensure
ongoing growth and development.
Increased Self-Awareness
Short, targeted self-assessments, as well as peer-based sharing and feedback, enable
participants to identify strengths and hone development areas.
Works With Your Schedule
A convenient 2 week learning format is designed to support learners in the flow of work and
allow participants a focused space to process their insights.
Build Connections
30 hours of full cohort discussion and activities live online, combined with smaller, virtual
breakout sessions help participants build connections with peers and facilitators.

PREPARE — GETTING STARTED
Prior to attending the Leading Strategically Experience, participants will have access to the CCL Leadership
Accelerator (CLA) platform, where they will begin to engage with their cohort and jump start the experience. You’ll
identify a Strategic Leadership Challenge, which will become your personalized opportunity to apply what you’re
learning throughout the program. Additionally, participants will complete a 360-degree assessment to understand
strengths and opportunities for growth, and help focus on strategic leadership development priorities.

Participants also engage in asynchronous learning each week via CCL’s Leadership Accelerator learning
