Ally parents had divorced 2 months ago when Ally’s father caught in affair with his colleague, and he decide to marry her. Ally is the only child in the family. Ally love to play piano and draw. Ally also an ice skate and netball athlete. Ally’s mother work as a neurosurgeon doctor in local hospital for 30 years. While her father is a successful architect in one of big architectural firm in Kuala Lumpur. Ally always left alone since she was a kid. Ally is close with her father before her parents divorced but now her father does not contact her anymore after he move to overseas with his new wife. Last month, Ally was diagnosed with stage 3 brain cancer. It was diagnosed after she always faint and having a frequent episode of headache. She was immediately undergoing all sort of treatment to avoid the cancer from spreading and become worsen. Ally was referred to counsellor after her mom, Mrs. Adela get to know about her selfharming attitude and 2 fail suicide attempts. After her parents divorced, Ally feels ashamed and less confident as she was embarrassed with what her dad did to her mom. She also feels sad and angry to her dad for cheating on her mom and left her when she needs him the most. Other than that, she feels sad and empty with her current condition as cancer patient. She feels like she was punished by God with the endless trial in her life. She also feels sad as she need to terminate her study in medicine to focus on her treatment as suggested by her doctor and mother. Ally has lost about 10 kgs in 1 months after she start her treatment and lose appetite to eat and drinks. Ally always feels tired and fatigue. She thought it was the side effect of all the treatment she taken but its also cause by her emotions. Ally always says sorry to everyone around her especially her mom, doctor and nurses that treat and take care of her. She feels guilty for them that need to take care of her and do other things for her. Ally had stop playing piano and drawing in her free time as she always spend it with zoning out. She also does not talk much with her mother like she use to. Other than that, Ally’s mother notices that Ally seems to have psychomotor agitation or retardation as she not as active as she uses to be with her background as an athlete.
